If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Terms of Reservation for a reservation deposit, the Terms of Reservation control for that reservation.

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, interfere with security, scrape or harvest content at scale without permission, reverse engineer website features, submit false or unauthorized payment information, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, misuse refund or reservation processes, or impersonate another person or organization.

If you provide contact or reservation information, you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and current. We are not responsible if you miss updates because you provided incorrect contact details.

Reservation payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment processing may be subject to Stripe terms.

Terms of Reservation

These Terms of Reservation apply when you place a refundable reservation for Olfibelle through our website. By placing a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are reserving

You are placing a refundable reservation for the opportunity to purchase a Olfibelle device when it becomes available for final sale and shipment.

Olfibelle is a planned smart home odor and air-pattern monitoring device. It is intended to help identify certain odor and air-change patterns and send informational alerts through a companion app. The final product, specifications, app features, detection categories, design, packaging, availability, and shipping details may change before launch.

2. Reservation deposit

The reservation deposit is USD 5.

The USD 5 deposit is fully refundable, applied as a credit toward the final device price if you complete your purchase, not the full purchase price, not a guarantee of final delivery in every country, and not a purchase of a finished device.

3. Expected price

The expected early-bird price for eligible reservation holders is USD 49, excluding shipping, taxes, VAT, duties, customs fees, and other charges unless stated otherwise at final checkout. The expected later retail price is approximately USD 69 to USD 79. Prices may change before final launch, but your reservation is intended to preserve eligibility for the early-bird reservation offer if Olfibelle is launched and available in your country.

4. Target shipping window

Our target shipping window is Q4 2026. If we cannot ship within the target window, we will provide an update. You may choose to continue waiting or request a full refund of your USD 5 reservation deposit.

5. Final purchase and remaining balance

You will not be charged the remaining balance unless and until the product is ready for final purchase or shipment process, we provide final price, shipping cost, taxes, and delivery details where available, and you confirm that you want to complete the purchase. We will contact you before final shipment or final payment collection.

6. Refund and cancellation right

You may cancel your reservation at any time before final purchase confirmation and shipment. Your USD 5 reservation deposit will be refunded in full. You can request a refund by emailing sales@smart-nanotubes.com. We do not require a separate refund form.

7. Availability and country support

We may target multiple countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and other markets. However, final shipment may depend on product availability, regulatory review, certification status, payment support, import rules, tax handling, logistics, and local restrictions. If we cannot ship to your country when Olfibelle becomes available, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.

8. Product development changes

Olfibelle is under development. We may change hardware design, sensor configuration, app features, detection categories, alert wording, connectivity options, country availability, shipping timeline, packaging, and final retail price. We will not materially change your refund right for the reservation deposit.

9. Important safety disclaimer

Olfibelle is not a certified smoke alarm, natural gas alarm, LPG alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire alarm, medical device, or emergency response system. You must not rely on Olfibelle as a replacement for legally required or recommended certified safety devices. If you suspect a gas leak, fire, carbon monoxide exposure, or any emergency, leave the area if safe to do so and contact emergency services or the appropriate utility provider immediately.

10. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process Personal Data according to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

11. Our right to cancel and refund

We may cancel your reservation and refund your deposit if we decide not to launch Olfibelle, cannot make Olfibelle available in your country, production or certification issues prevent launch, legal or regulatory issues prevent launch, payment or fraud screening creates concern, or you violate these terms.

12. No resale or transfer

Reservations are for personal use and may not be resold, assigned, transferred, or used for speculative purposes without our written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid as a reservation deposit, except where liability cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
